New Construction and Renovation @ Wells
Wells' campus continues to be a vibrant community in which to learn and live by undertaking renovations and new construction projects within the framework of our historic campus setting.
Two campus spaces are currently undergoing construction:
Wells is renovating historic Zabriskie Hall as a place for learning in the 21st Century with a series of improvements to the interior of the building. Construction will be completed and the building will be open for classes and campus use in fall 2014. Zabriskie will be the new home of:
- Sullivan Center for Business and Entrepreneurship
- Institute for Sustainability and the Environment
- The College Store

The beautiful campus Dining Hall and its surrounding lawn are being rededicated to honor the legacy of President Emerita Lisa Marsh Ryerson '81. This includes the construction of an outdoor terrace and patio that takes advantage of Wells' natural setting and scenic view of Cayuga Lake. It will open for use as a campus gathering space in summer 2014!
