Wells Dining is operated by Aurora Inn Inc., a local management company which also operates The Aurora Inn, E.B. Morgan House, The Village Market, The Fargo Bar & Grill and Dorie's.
Aurora Inn, Inc. is wholly committed to the highest standards of service and food quality. Aurora Inn, Inc. has brought some of the finest chefs in Central New York to Wells Dining to create a unique dining experience on par with some of the finest restaurants in our area.
Enjoy our offerings in the Main Dining Hall or the Sommer Center, both centrally located and within easy walking distance from any point on campus.
Dining Dollars
If you are a student on the meal plan (aka a residential student) you receive $100 dining dollars as part of your meal plan package when you come to campus in August.
Your Dining Dollars card can be used at a variety of places including:
- Backstage Grille
- Express Café
- Dorie's
- Fargo Bar & Grill
- Village Market
- Aurora Inn dining room
- Guests at the Main Dining Hall
You may purchase Dining Dollars cards and add money to cards by visiting the dining hall or calling

Replacement cards are $3.00
For every dollar you put onto your Wells Dining Dollars Card, you will receive a 10% bonus. For example, a payment of $50 will result in $55 of credit added to your Wells Dining Card.
The Dining Dollars card can be used to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages at any of the above locations. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill at the Fargo Bar & Grill and the Aurora Inn dining rooms when you pay with your card. Please alert your server prior to ordering if you will be paying with your Wells Dining Dollars Card. All meals purchased will be subject to tax.
