Cost of Attendance and Scholarships

International students are an invaluable part of the Wells College community and contribute to a global living and learning environment. To support international students in their pursuit of higher education in the United States, Wells College automatically considers every international applicant for a scholarship to contribute towards the cost of attending.

Accepted students who require the Form I-20

Once accepted to Wells College, international students who need to apply for an F-1 visa must submit the following:

  • A non-refundable $300 USD enrollment deposit*
  • Certification of Finance Form indicating the ability to pay the costs of at least one academic year with sufficient supporting documentation, such as bank statements, etc.
  • A photocopy of the ID section of your passport

FORM I-20 AND F-1 VISA  After Wells has received your non-refundable* enrollment deposit ($300 USD) and the Certification of Finances with supporting documentation, we will review your file to issue a Form I-20. You will need the I-20 to apply for an F-1 visa at a U.S. Consulate.
