Mandatory rehearsal for seniors participating in Commencement

8:00 – 9:00 pm - President's Reception
President Lisa Marsh Ryerson cordially invites families and guests of the Class of 2013 to a dessert reception with Wells College faculty and staff in honor of the Class of 2013. All guests are welcome to attend. Tickets are not needed.

SATURDAY MAY 18, 2013
7:30 – 9:00 am - Breakfast
A continental breakfast will be served. The cost is $5.75 per person. There is no charge for children aged 5 and under. Graduating seniors will be issued a complimentary ticket.
Location: Dining Hall
7:30 - 9:00 am - Stagecoach Rides
Traditional senior rides in the Wells Fargo Stagecoaches will begin at 7:30 a.m. in front of Main building and will continue until 9:00 a.m. Time permitting, family members may ride in the coaches after all seniors have enjoyed the traditional ride to Aurora Inn.

8:45 am – Ceremony shuttles
Guest and graduate shuttles begin running from Glen Park to the Aurora Inn
Location: Depart from Glen Park residence hall
9:00 am – Guest Seating "opens"

Graduating seniors line up for the processional and ceremony
Location: Lakeside Room, Aurora Inn
10:00 am - Commencement Ceremony
The commencement ceremony begins promptly with the processional at 10:00 a.m. and lasts approximately ninety minutes.

12:00 – 2:00 pm – Commencement Brunch
Chef Rupert Robbins will prepare a celebratory brunch featuring a carving station, made to order omelets and crepes, and a hot buffet. Cost is $17.99, $9.99 children under 12, children five and under no charge. Advance tickets may be purchased in the Dining Hall during Senior Week until Friday, May 17 at 5 pm and include a $1 per ticket discount.
